Grievance Redressal

Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the following officer is appointed for grievance redressal:

How to File a Grievance

To file a grievance, please email the Grievance Officer with the following details:

  1. Your full name and registered email address
  2. Nature of the grievance (content removal, privacy violation, account issue, etc.)
  3. Specific content URL, post ID, or account details involved (if applicable)
  4. Supporting evidence or screenshots
  5. Your preferred resolution

Response Timeline

We are committed to the following response timelines as required by applicable law:

  • Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of receipt
  • Resolution: Within 15 days of receipt
  • Content removal (court orders / urgency): Within 36 hours
  • Complex matters requiring investigation: Within 30 days with status updates

Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily within the stipulated timeline, you may escalate to:

  • The Appellate Committee (constituted under IT Rules, 2021): appellate.meity.gov.in
  • The IT Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India
  • Your local consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Content Removal Policy

We comply with lawful orders from competent courts and government authorities requiring content removal. We also proactively remove content that violates our Terms of Service, including hate speech, misinformation, illegal content, and content that endangers national security. All removal decisions are logged and may be appealed through the grievance process.
