By accessing or using CityWeaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You retain ownership of content you post on CityWeaver. By posting, you grant Khaira Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you submit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@cityweaver.in of any unauthorised access or security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

Khaira Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
